Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in brand-new, uninstalled condition.
Ship to Chromag
Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable postage to the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
