How do I determine the correct frame size for my height?
We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on each product page. Generally, our frames are designed around reach and standover height; if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for stability or sizing down for a more playful feel.
What is the warranty policy on Chromag frames and components?
We offer a limited lifetime warranty on most steel and titanium frames against manufacturing defects, and a one-year warranty on components and apparel. Please keep your original proof of purchase to initiate a claim.
Do you ship internationally and what are the costs?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to receive a Return Authorization number before shipping the item back to us.
How should I care for my Chromag steel frame to prevent rust?
All our steel frames are treated with an anti-corrosion coating internally. However, we recommend keeping the frame clean, drying it after wet rides, and occasionally applying a frame protectant or wax to the exterior.
